Myinks.com offers free shipping on all orders over $60.00. Orders will be shipped via USPS or by other carriers where necessary (other shipping companies include FedEx, UPS, and DHL). Depending on proximity to your location and the location from which the product will be shipped, you can expect generally around 1 to 3 business days to receive shipment, unless otherwise posted on the product's page. If an estimated delivery date exists on the product page, that will be the most accurate estimate of when a product will be delivered. Please be aware that delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees of exact product delivery dates. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once the order ships. Expedited Delivery

Delivery Outside the Contiguous 48 United States

International to the 50 states and Canada is available. If you would like to ship outside of North America, please call us at 877-446-5435 and we will gladly assist you. Please note, free shipping will not always apply for orders outside the 48 contiguous Unites States and you may be charged the additional shipping costs. In the event of additional shipping charges, we will contact you before charging you.

Return Policy

Myinks.com will accept returns on inkjet cartridges for up to 6 months from the date that the order was placed and on toner cartridges for up to 6 months from the date that the order was placed. Please call us or email us if you need to make a return.

For defective cartridges, Myinks.com will handle all costs related replacement or returns for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. In the event of an order placed by error, the customer will be responsible for all costs related to the return of the item(s).

Refund Policy

Myinks.com refunds on orders for up to 45 days after the date of purchase.
